Basic requirements for hosting a Speedo Champion Series event (aka Sectionals):

• Host must provide exclusivity to all USA Swimming marketing partners, including Mutual of Omaha, Speedo, Phillips 66, General Motors, and United Airlines. A complete list of marketing partners will be provided at the time the contract is executed. If marketing partners are added after that time, Swimming will work with the hosts to make accommodations that can work for all parties.

Option 1 – Host eligible for up to $3000 from USA Swimming

Host must:

• Include the official USA Swimming Speedo Champion Series name and logo in all references.
• Use the USA Swimming "Speedo Champion Series" logo on all event-related merchandise, apparel, literature, and awards. The official "USA Swimming Sport and/or Teardrop Logo" may not be used without written approval from USA Swimming.
• Display banners provided by USA Swimming during the Event, and provide public address announcement recognition in a manner scripted by USA Swimming.
• Provide up to twenty tickets or passes for VIP seating with access at any VIP/Coach or Official hospitality.
• Provide space to sell or display merchandise throughout the Event at no charge.
• Include sponsor logos on the bottom of all heat sheets and printed results.
• Select a USA Swimming Speedo Preferred Dealer to sell Speedo. (Contract specifies that these dealers be granted rights at no cost.)
• Completion of all "After Event" reports and requirements.

Option 2 – Host eligible for up to $10,000 from USA Swimming

Host must:

• Complete everything listed in Option 1, and
• Obtain all Event Apparel given or sold for the event through a USA Swimming licensee (XP Apparel).
• Purchase all awards and credentials from designated USA Swimming licensees. (Currently, there is no licensee for awards. Bag Tags is the licensee for credentials.)
