Solon, Oh  - Our Stars Summer Swim Fest meet is quickly approaching!  Below is the updated timeline for the meet - please note when you are expected to arrive for your position.  You can check the job signup on the Stars website if you forgot what you signed up for. 

THERE ARE MANY JOBS NOT FILLED!  If you have not signed up yet (even if your swimmer is not swimming at this meet) please do so today.  We really need more volunteers to run the meet.  Note that each family must fulfill their 4 hour volunteer committment for Long Course or you will be billed $15 per hour. 

We also need more lifeguards.  Let me know if your son/daughter can help.  Lifeguards are paid.

Concessions - arrive at 6:30 and report to the concessions stand
Deck Entry - arrive at 6:15 and report to deck entry table
Hospitality - arrive at 8:00 and report to hospitality (lifeguard office)
Admissions - arrive at 6:30 and report to the admissions table
Safety - arrive at 6:45 and report to the Safety director
Lifeguards - arrive at 6:45 and report to the Safety director
Timers - arrive at 7:30 and report to the head timer by the starting blocks
Runners - arrive at 7:45 and report to the computer table

Open Session (Saturday and Sunday):
