Dear Solon Stars
Families,
It is with much
regret that we need to inform you that we are rescheduling our
"Night at the Races" event that was scheduled for April 25, 2009 at
the Solon Valley Party Center. Our event is not immune to the
economic environment that we are all dealing with. Although
our actual ticket sales were good, they were not sufficient to
provide the social experience that we had planned. We will be
holding this event sometime in the near future, and will
communicate our plans once the Stars General Board has agreed on a
date and specific family level involvement
expectations.
If you have
already purchased a ticket to this event, you may contact Cathy
Lautenschleger at cathylaut@roadrunner.com or
440-498-2429 to arrange for a refund or returned check if so
desired. Checks will not be cashed nor applied towards the
future event.
To all of those
that donated their time to obtain volunteers, sell tickets, races
and horse naming rights and obtain items for the silent auction
–Thanks!!!
