| Stars Shine at Mark Braun Fall Classic | |

Congratulations to all STARS swimmers who
competed last weekend at the Mark J. Braun Fall Classic
meet! We placed 4th out of 41 teams with 604 points. 33
swimmers achieved personal best times. 21 swimmers scored points
for the STARS. Congratulations go out to Dana Lautenschleger and
Charlie Stewart-Bates for taking first place finishes. Also, the
boys 400 free relay team (Alex Cohara, Jack Groselle, Ben and
Ian Stewart-Bates) and 800 free relay team (Ben Stewart-Bates,
Alex Cohara, Jamie Gallagher, and Ian Stewart-Bates) took first
place finishes. Special congratulations to Charlie Stewart-Bates
for achieving the 10&U High Point Award and to Annie
Marquiss for making her NCSA Spring Junior National cut in the 50
Free, with a time of 24.51. This is Annie’s first
national time standard. Overall, there were 186 "A" or better time
