10 swimmers represented the Solon Stars at the 2011 14 & Under Central Zone Championships August 5-7 at the IUPUI Natatorium. The following swimmers placed in the top 16 in either pool events or the open water meet. They are:


Emily Gill: 200 fly (11), 200 back (13)
Broc Miller: 100 fly (15), 200 fly (8)
Mary Motch: 100 fly (11), 50 free (6)
Alex Olexa: 100 Breast (14), 100 Back (14), 50 free (16)
Grant Pinchot: 100 Fly (5), 200 fly (7)

Scoring points on relays were Chris Guo, Anthony Immormino, and Tim Wintering.

Swimming in the open water meet on that Monday and scoring points where Shannon (20) and Sean Finnerty (9), and Emily Gill (6). Also competing in the 13-14 boys division and placing second was Mark Lippert. Congratulations to all the swimmers who competed and represented the Stars!
